"The trouble and truth is, Roger, that the company has refused to shed any light on what has gone down. And the longer it goes unanswered by corporate, the longer locals like myself and others will lean towards believing the claims made by former staff members.

You say it will be addressed, but it's been nearly a month now and nothing has been made clear other than Susan taking responsibility for letting them go. But what for? Why with no chance of rehire? The silence is speaking volumes.

I want to appeal to you not as a shareholder, but as a gamer and a local that frequented your establishment. This is a company, but like all others, it's run by humans. I want to appeal to you as a human. Shed some light on what egregious deed that all nine staff members are guilty of and let us put this to rest?

Negligence? Insubordinance? Theft?

Accusations have been made by the former staff members that they were told to neglect cleaning duties at the word of corporate. Do you refute this? They say they were repeatedly asked to go above-and-beyond by making structural changes to the building with a saw. Do you refute this? Claims were made by Susan that there was concern of theft if they had been told ahead of time that they were being let go. Is there any evidence to support this theory? It's claimed Provo, UT did this... is there evidence for that?

Right now, it's all hearsay from one side and nothing at all from your side.

If you truly support the community and are happy and excited to serve us, then answer us!

Answer the questions the community are asking and maybe you'll have a chance at a clean and happy reopening. But the way it's going, this doesn't seem to be blowing over. And frankly, to claim that it was always going to is disrespectful to the community of gamers that you took into your care a year ago when you acquired the company. Roll With It was a bright spot in Virginia Beach where so many people got to make new friends, discover new hobbies, and build a home-away-from-home. And now Snakes and Lattes is a blight. I invite you -- or better yet, Susan, in her own words -- to tell us why.".
