I also notice you did not provide that there is any outstanding judgements against Americhip involving this COMPLAINT.

That leaves one to assume that either the complainant, withdrew their complaint, lost in court or WAS PAID TO SATISFACTION. Doesn't it?

If you are going to tell a story please provide the whole story because it meaning less with out the full context and it looks like an criminal attempt to PREMEDITATEDLY try to create a false narrative to harm the CEO, his company and their shareholders.
