there's no option for them. Massive secondary will kill price and even if they used up all the ATM, it would buy more time but it's not enough to make it to the finish line. Garg and friends don't want to see their massive holdings and options go out of the money either so a deal is all but guaranteed if they aren't greedy and can close it.

It will happen because it has to happen. It is required in order to bring pemvidutide to market. The only things up in the air still is the amount they'll be getting and if it's a partnership over a buyout.
