OK...I am a bit puzzled why they are a REIT(I get it..but geesh) ...and have been since 2015. It's PE is just stupid....but the AFFO bullet points referenced via Hindenburg are not that surprising. Not at the least. I am certainly not saying that is good though, just the opposite..and much of a collective reality/truth.
