Why would you say that, those are exhibits to the 17 page loss causation section.


The 17 page Loss Causation are 90-106.

Page 91: "see Exhibit 3"
Page 92: "Attached as Exhibit 4" and "Attached as Exhibit 5"
Page 94: "Attached as Exhibit 6"
Page 95: "Attached as Exhibit 7"
Page 100: "Attached as Exhibit 8"
Page 103" "Attached as Exhibit 9" and "Attached as Exhibit 10"

3-8 were the core exhibits showing how sales were formulalisticly based on spoof dates. 9 and 10 relates to the new "investor enthusiasm" claim.


It also calls out Exhibit 2, do not know it that changed or not.
