Here's how IVDN is going to end:

1. Joe is going to become too ill to run IVDN or will die
2. The board of directors has no one lined up to replace him, and can't find anyone to take the job once he's gone
3. IVDN ceases operations
4. Creditors file suit against IVDN's assets
5. Anything of value is taken by the creditors
6. Shareholders are left with nothing
7. If any of the assets have any value, the creditors now in possession, who have management skills superior to Joe's, leverage those assets to make money that should have gone to us
