Why are we even discussing the SAGA court case and delisting anymore?! That ship has sailed and these guys better accept it. Charles should have gotten out in front of this damn mess months ago, and never did and now we are way overdue for an update considering the disaster that SAGA became.

What the hell is wrong with these guys? They never should have gone public if they weren’t ready to run the company properly with shareholders in mind. There’s a fiduciary duty they owe us as a publicly traded company and they have failed miserably. It’s beyond unacceptable, especially more so after Chandra’s tweet, that they still have not provided a comprehensive update on things at this point.
