Crazy....We are down 31% since the first of the year...55 trading days are we were up only 19 of those days....

Things will change soon enough....

If Judge denies extension, then I believe we will see a few days of higher prices and coupled with positive news, we then fly.


Interesting in that the last 3 days our volume is appx. 35% higher than the 90 day average and appx. 50% higher than the 10 day average.


One would think if there was something bad lingering, we would see a massive amount of dilution to get us through whatever the bad news was about.

Personally, the quiet before the news is ripe for trimming share price.

Look what happen to GERN last week..It was sitting around 2.25 and dropped to 1.70 on someone stating the FDA had concerns about the safety of their drug. Then on Thursday the FDA advisory committee voted 12-2 in favor of drug approval and share price doubled to a 52 week high.

I expect something similar here....Down before news and then POP!
