I've never sold a custo for a loss, never since I started trading them 20yrs ago. There no such thing as bad news for the initial run. Then stay out until the deal closes and decide whether to trade it or not. I'm calling .04 like TDRX on the first run and then possibly a CRGE move at closing of the RM
