They didn't say anything about issuing two billion shares, they asked to have two billion authorized shares....and it's scary that there are a lot of people out there trading that don't understand the difference between authorized shares, outstanding shares and the float. Those authorized shares don't have to be immediately utilized though, they can be saved for future projects, acquisitions...etc, but I imagine there will be some shares issued to management. We don't have all of the details yet, but I don't see how we don't make money here if they bring in the revenues that many have discussed regardless of a RS, it would just be taking off from a different price level. That's my thoughts though and people need to make their own choices.
