American corporate system.
An Example: My very young son is part of an American IT company, he was hired with his Pharaonic Budget and leads all the branches in Europe 3 X Branches and his fee is mixed, consisting of Fixed Budget plus Bonus and a nice bundle of company shares.
This is the norm for American executive chair firms/CEOs. This is also convenient for both sides when it comes to the fiscal side.
So this will also be the case for the new CEO of the registrant co-op.
People, go ahead and believe us, everything will be solved, even if the levers are still in hidden hands.
