If I recall correctly, a while back Rory announced that VERB had signed onto the consortium that was going after "illegal naked shorting." That PR caused a huge spike in the stock price that just happened to coincide with the offering of new shares. Of course you never heard anything further about the shorting and the stock is down 99% since then.

A cynic would suggest that Rory is again manipulating the stock price in order to sell shares...which means the company can make payroll. I'm going to guess that the primary benefactor of payroll is....Rory.
