when it comes down to it there is only going to be 1 common stock share for all of these companies combined. and we were discussing this stupid RS. now because there is a change in the stock structure, with this merger the stock structure needs to be addressed TRANSPARENTLY. Like you said,you think there is a RS until told differently by Resonate. but emergent had an expiration date on theirs which expired. and now this merger deal I believe voids the RS completely at this time. the company now has to reorganize the business structure because of the merger. just paperwork. jmo
