I've been nothing but polite.
I pointed out that maybe the Snakes™️ should take their customer's concerns seriously as we choose where to place our cash, which funds the stock price, which, if it's all that investors care about, should be protected by not generating loads and loads of quotable PR moments.
I received these responses, presumably from someone who is heavily invested in Snakes™️ and considers themselves to be able to speak on behalf of the company.
Snakes™️ told me to go take a flying chance on a rolling die if I dare to point out that maybe having the community like a business is good.
I'll let my daughter and her friends know.
Their memes really ARE pretty fire lol. Please. Do go on about how you couldn't give a single solitary potion burp about what your passionate, creative and most importantly, cash spending customer base thinks.

Note: having been in PR for decades, a simple "we hear you, and we are gonna make this right!" along with a gesture to "make this right" like retraining the crew, offering placement help for them as they transitioned, a listening session with community suggestions and free coffee from that apparently now installed machine, and just plain doing better, could have fixed all of this.
But. You do you. Publicly.
Virginians are SURELY high enough turnover to keep you afloat with new military families who have to consistently be told who you are.

It is publicly viewable and when you request an account you are asked to define your affiliation. I have never claimed to be an investor but the rules also do not require that. I really am just here so that the other members of this community board would understand where the VB community that is starting the trouble is coming from. Maybe it wont matter, maybe no one will care but we're going to use all of the resources at our disposal because we don't agree how this played out and we want to see a company that wants to make money off of our hobby treat their people with dignity.
