I'm right handed so I wear my Timex on my left wrist facing up which makes it easy to tell the time. My dad wore his watch facing down and had to rotate his wrist for the time.

Even though I have an iPhone I don't want a smart watch. If someone sends me a text I'll get to it some time. And I'm not interested in what my heart rate is as long as it keeps ticking.
