You know that because the shareholder letter was released to the entire public, is easily available online, comes up in the "news" section for LWLG, and has been discussed on this board multiple, multiple times.

Here, let me provide the direct quote from that shareholder letter for you:
"We are working hard to close additional commercial agreements by year end, but since, these are long deliberate processes, we can't guarantee that we will do so."

And there you have it folks! Proof positive that X is a bad faith poster, pretending that he was unaware of LWLG ever implying that they expected deals to close as soon as Dec 31 2023, despite them saying that exact thing in the Dec 4 2023 shareholder letter.

X, your credibility was already long gone, but now it has permanently been discredited. Thank you for fully outing yourself as a bad faith poster.
