I'm not surprised that they've walked back their initial comments. It's more likely than not that this is a ruse and is actually a soft close. This MO has been used before with Glendale, Guelph, and St. Catherine's. Can't believe that some keep on accepting their poor business ethics,practices and total disregard for Minority SH.

Nope. Supposedly they were in there end of last week pulling out kitchen equipment. Not anything else has happened. Certainly not a remodel or a reopening. They changed it to April and now it's a TBD sort of deal. Personally, they'd be better off staying closed. At least then they wouldn't be even more embarrassed by the shitshow they created.
