SO you are saying that 80% of the salesforce is subpar? The same salesforce that was delivering triple digit RHA growth prior to Daxi...That would be unusual because until the expansion that happened last April most everyone was making their numbers...

Average annual sales rep turnover is 30-35% a year. The fact you're saying there has been 80% turnover over 3.5 years is in-line with expectations especially with the delay in the Daxi launch. If a sales rep cannot effectively sell Daxi, they're subpar.

...reps quit and spots are not being backfilled. It's like a free layoff that they don't have to "pay for"....

This is exactly what I was saying... Quits only matter if RVNC was going to backfill the position and since they're not, it means leadership was more than happy with these quits (beats having to pay severance, incur higher unemployment rates, etc.). Like all sales rep businesses, leadership focuses on keeping high performing reps and "encourages" weaker reps to find a new gig. This isn't anything new or unusual...

you clearly haven't had a conversation with a rep at RVNC in the last 3.5 years since launch.

You clearly have never worked in a sales rep driven business because you would understand high turnover is the norm. Instead you'd rather listen to poor performing sales reps who couldn't cut it.
