You know what, Butters, when Ray Leon was brought in to negotiate with AT&T, Apple and others after the wins at PTAB 5-6 years ago, he got nowhere…

His general observation and comment at the time was that these big tech companies would never negotiate a deal until their backs were against the wall - basically continue stealing the tech until the cost to do so gets too high.

In my opinion, he wouldn’t be back in this role again unless certain companies were close to having to make some hard choices.

I know nothing, just my opinion.
