These 3 guys are big time execs. Clay P. has been with VP since its inception, is one of the original inventors of the VP patent family. So, he knows everything there is to know about the patented tech. Ray L. has been with VP in a similar capacity (mediations) since 2016 and may be assisting Bill P. there. BUT, Austin Mc is the new addition IMO. He's been a Director, COO/CEO for the last 20 years of his career and has the ability to run VPs things beyond WACO if needed:

Just a thought, but the addition of these 3 could be setting up Emil to make an exit from VP as CEO after a major agreement (settlement/licensing/partnership) has been established. I would think he'd stay on as Board Chair, but is probably looking to make an exit as CEO after he establishes a first major agreement, buy out would be ideal, but if not. The newly added crew can run things from beyond WACO. Although, I could be wrong.

I'm in the camp that there was no other need to raise the AS, other than to complete a deal, which may be in the works. Under the old share structure, VP had plenty of room to move with an excess of 2 bill AS shares and almost $2mm in cash, which I think is close to the most cash VP has had and would've been enough to take the company past WACO, IMO. Just spit balling here, but if the AS increase was for a deal, then what other means would it be for other than a share swap/partnership/buyout, why else raise the AS by 3 Bill?

I really get the feeling that VP is setting up for some sort of transition here, in a positive way. Especially after all the winning VP has done over the last year. If it wasn't positive, there's no way Austin (and others) would be publicly coming aboard.

I'm hoping we all know more on what the hell has been and will be taking place from the company within the next couple/few weeks, it sucks to make guesses all the time; however these new additions, the newly established V/tMob trial dates and the 606 ReExamin win (which is HUGE) are steps in a GREAT direction.

IMO, we see much more to come shortly.
