Poo, that post was as "non-sensical" as they come!

1. Management has very few common shares which have been constant for years.

Are you proud of the fact that management doesn't own a lot of shares? I didn't SAY that they had a GIANT AMOUNT of shares! I only said that they had a lot of shares and that their holding would increase, should the share price increase. And that if that was the case and they COULD expose some sort of NSS, why wouldn't they?

But I do agree that it is VERY suspect that DBMM management is taking accrued salary instead of shares for salary. Would it make any difference at this point - since they apparently aren't actually taking the accrued salary as an actual payment at this time? If DBMM is REALLY so secure in the knowledge that the company will be wildly successful in the coming years - why wouldn't they want shares instead?? Makes a person go "MMmmmm" doesn't it?

2. Any issuance or sale of shares by Management are insider transactions and must be reported to SEC with details disclosed and immediately becomes public information.
3. Management has never sold any shares.

Why in the WORLD are you bringing that up?? WHERE did I say that DBMM management was selling shares? WHERE did I say DBMM management wasn't reporting shares given? I never even brought that up!! The subject was exposing any NSS, if it was possible!

Are you once again trying to deflect and change the subject? I can assure you - it WILL NOT WORK.

4. NSS are ILLEGAL and the Company has no way of knowing , nor does the TA , if they exist. If it was that easy their elimination would not be an objective of DOJ, and each of the regulators.

I believe that statement is incorrect. If there are TRULY shares out there that are short (naked or otherwise) the transfer agent would know about them. There would be discrepancies in the share count! Totals between the outstanding share base total and the ACTUAL shares reported by brokerages who held the shares would not jive. And there would also be FTD's generated by any shares not accounted for.

5. A large majority of NSS are counterfeit or phantom shares, and often offshore— a very complicated discovery process.

A convenient statement that CANNOT be proven. But it suits the needs of those believing in a large NSS position. Until you prove that, it is an assumption and cannot be believed as fact.

Once again, your post is nothing but a word salad and meaningless.

Start running the company and stop posting.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
