When one keeps bringing up the Adelstein debt and use it to try to create a false narrative that Walter does not pay his commitments, when they are fully aware the debt has been paid to Adelstein satisfaction that is a premeditated act to misrepresent the CEO character.

Premeditated misrepresentation is illegal as it purposefully uses misinformation to manipulate the price of a stock. This harms the investors of the stock, the company, and any other stakeholder of the stock.
