Radically, this case might go to determination without chm and RFI, or go to chm but avoid RFI before determination. Those are very slim odds, but I think the same type of upfront effort NWBO made to receive a fast deferral decision with PIP in 2022, could be the same type of effort that might see something faster than 150 + 60 running its full course, particularly when MHRA and NICE has done so much to get their own house up to speed.

That is why I said in the best case scenario, the DCVax-L application never sees a CHM meeting. It just skips straight over it on the next step to approval.
