So saying “the trial failed” doesn’t impact would be investors? Lying and getting paid for it isn’t OPINION it’s SLANDER and/or QUID PRO QUO, you choose.

They ran a randomized trial. They idea is to show those randomized to treatment arm did better than those randomized to placebo. And that failed.

From a science perspective they call it a successfully executed trial. They can note the hypothesis forming results of an improvement in OS.

From an investment perspective it is a failure. Had it been a success they would have been FDA approved 5 or more years ago.
