1. One can check the filings of CSOL , however
a. No website, no finanicals or revenue
b. Shelli Ann Field Resigned in 2023
c. The folks that took over Resigned in 2024
d. A month later Shelli Ann Field is back now with a "Deal with Mark G ", this is non binding.
e. You can look at the filing, the "Deal" does indeed have Mark G signature

2. Mark G
a. Has many companies that are made. Clean Energy , the Modular side etc.
b. Since Mark G had a deal back around 2015 with the Bio Energy side (posted some time ago) , he went to the Modular side
c. Strange he is NOT talking about this deal as his track record has been posting things , then they never happen.
d. He has now after all those Twitter posts been quiet again for over a month, look for another "hey when I am quiet things are happening. !"
e. No movement in the Merger at all now for the past five months since the new Attorney(s) had it sealed with that filing , Strange .
f. A lot on Terreplenish , but that is not "Real" until the Merger so Mark G is a Third Party talking about it . Cathy Scratch , along with Two others really control that . Cathy had a great Golf Course connection in the Golf World , so perhaps she has assisted there.

3. Joe Passalaqua . Has been in the Custodianship business in OTC for years (15 plus) with many moves there like Lazar , Muese, Stevens Chiang and owned a Car Dealership in the past . OTC Custodian ships are like moving Autos, just keep them on the lot until they sell. DUTV was not like that as he and Malcom Nickerson (Dakota Max) were doing some things for years and they were ready to move on from DUTV. Joe P did indeed over a Year ago said it was in Mark G's court to get it done .
here is an example , one can research the others he has been involved in . You can see this poster (well known in IHUB) listed CSOL as one of them back five years ago .

Feed Earth Now is NOT Part of DUTV , or Mark G until the Merger is completed, has been in "Escrow" for over
a Year and Half . Crazy

5. All the posting about DUTV in the past is really non existent at this point other than there are 1.28 BILLION Shares out there that other parties control
or have (the rest of the O/S are with Malcom Nickerson at this point with Dakota Max LLC) . Mark G has ZERO SHARES per the disclosures.

Lets see , but nothing is real about DUTV until it is Disclosed. The CSOL item disclosed by them last week on 3.5.2024 is not disclosed anywhere in DUTV, Mark G Twitter or other social media from them.
