You must not have read my post or your reading comprehension is about third grade level. I stated my conclusion that the plaintiff likely has a tall hill to climb in order to prevail in this lawsuit because just stating that AVXL's communications are confusing/inadequate won't satisfy the required burden of proof. I wouldn't call my initial conclusion "anti-Missling sentiment". My complaints about Missling have always centered on what I perceive as lack of transparency and clarity. Even the participating analysts on the conference calls express their frustration. Almost everyone on this board agrees on AVXL shareholder communications being an area that needs improvement. Your tin foil hat fits nicely.
