Marcelli is the common denominator of this company’s history.

Lebby is an incredible CEO in every aspect, except shareholder communication. He also likely does not care to fight BK/VG or whoever. His primary focus is the technology and the company. Unfortunately, shareholders come behind those two. I’m not saying whether that’s acceptable or not.

I am aware the company is monitoring everything necessary and they have special counsel for the purpose. Not to “battle the shorts”, but to make sure fraudulent shares are not in circulation.

IMO they don’t feel the need to spend the money on the issue right now.

Also on our side, a VERY large shareholder/group here has experience successfully fighting this type of issue and they stay on top of it.

Point being…it’s not being ignored.
