Denisk, That is where we disagrees when 'you say No Performance'.

As I read the reality of this haunted Company - following Du dicaster March 2020 - we would likely have been dead already (money lost) or very close to - if it weren't for Sarissa and the Feb. 28 Proxy 2023.

So for me Sarissa and Denner 'keeping this Company very much alive' - getting spending under control in a few months - is 'Lifesaving Performance' - in my book.

They deserve their bonuses - even I also think / feel - 'generally in many privat business' - the payments have become bigger than necessary - in many cases 🙂
