The problem with going after Henry is that any money he might have, is parked in VN somewhere, good luck getting at that. His house in California probably is mortgaged to the hilt, IRS liens. The company its self has no money, has 3 IRS liens, 3 state of California liens, there is nothing to go after. But what you can do, if you have the means and a good attorney is go after the pumpers. It’s the same people on ST and here, they just change their names up. It won’t be easy, but can be done, just go ask Alexander DeLarge about how putting not a financial advisor protected him!!
