For the next 2 months we are still under T+2
So while today (3/15) is the end of the Finra reporting period for today's date the actual trades were made 2 days ago.
The Finra report that would include these shares will be out on April the 9th.

That trade this morning was "arranged" by the broker.

IMO if a short was involved in that trade it would have been a standing order to cover shares in the dark pool when the price is under $4.00

X That was how large players can sell or buy without affecting the price on the street. They work it either up or down to where they want them do the trade. Like it or not that's life guys.
