Shareholder update!! From Tom!!
Status update. Hi @LiveLockdIn nation and $ltnc shareholders. Well, this is not the fun part. I see and feel the stress and anxiety that my previous updates have caused. I’m sorry for missing the timeline so much. It really is mind boggling why these reports are taking so long, so let’s break it down. I know you have afforded me much grace in this area, for that I’m grateful. I won’t abuse the privilege.
As mentioned in previous update, the CFO shared he was not doing the annual report, which is a stand alone comprehensive document that contains the financials and foot notes for all of LTNC companies ( including itself Labor Smart). So, those are still being worked on by our CFO. There are no options but to continue this course Let’s look at the companies individually. Takeover Audit 21 and 22 complete. Takeover unaudited 23 complete. Next gen, which was 100% under our control for 23 was done early Jan and is complete. What is taking place now is the consolidation of all these entities, and all stock related items so they can be embedded into the annual report by the third party who is standing by. My last communication with CFO ( today) was this is 1-2 days more work, but that’s our work. We share his time with other clients of his. I promise you I’ve pushed as absolutely hard as I can, and I’ve been pushing all along. I also flew at my expense to meet with him to try and implore the urgency we all feel. I know how anxious everyone is. He is doing what he never thought he would have to because over the last few years he was told it wasn’t possible. He’s playing catch up but he’s extremely competent. We are truly in a holding pattern until he hands these off. In the meantime we push @lockdinjoe to @expowest to meet with potential clients and vendors, we chase down every lead to expand sales and marketing, we continue to give thanks to our ever growing list of volunteers like @LOCKDIN_JACK ,@LockdInMikey , @HardeeChuck and the others that are making sure our company thrives long enough to get trading and far beyond. I’m hoping we get an Easter surprise but no commitments or timelines will be given today. Can you blame me? #letskeepgoing. Thank you for your patience.
