I need to see each disclosure for an event study tool to determine if the drops are stat sig vs market and sector. These days no 10b-5 case will fly without such an event study clearly showing damages are due to material omissions or misstatements that the company was aware were false.

But I can wait for it to be Recapped.

Btw a few more case events today.

The longer we wait, the sooner we will get rich!
