Well since we NOW know that there was NO WIRE
in progress. And that there IS A DELAY.
There was no "hold" on a transfer as that it DID NOT exist.

And that there ARE ISSUES with the Contract between the W. V.
and the Bank. That MAY OR MAY NOT be getting resolved.

And no VALID timeline to go on.

The chart shows CLNV is on a one way trip lower and lower.
No one can honestly say otherwise.

.025 will be the first stop. .02 and lower expected the longer this DELAY is pushed out.
Losing credibility is a VERY BAD THING.
