Methinks, plus Wave can manage and activate all the different SED and TPM manufacturers in the market and these SEDs have been built into all SSDs (solid state drives) for quite some time!! And of course we know that TPMs have been built into all enterprise computers so nearly all organizations have this hardware security except for Apple computers!!
