Grimmer at AD/PD 2024, from post on Yahoo Anavex board on March 10. SilkyZen (whom I know nothing about) says he was there in person. Here's all he posted about what Dr. Grimmer said:

Quick summary
stat sig improvment in adas-cog and cdr-sb as published before
overview of reduction in brain atrophy as per MRI - there is nearly complete prevention of grey matter loss, really impressive data
a-beta 40/42 ratio, massive improvement, much larger than lecanemab.
In total a pretty comprehensive picture of a drug that works emerges. They seem to have more biomarker data submitted to publication but those are embargoed until the article is out.
There was nearly universal agreement over the whole ADPD conference that what is needed in future are oral small molecules and not antibodies with their need for infusions and MRI checkups.
