Roger that UP... it's beyond NUTS... where is the proof?... so far... it does not exist. After all this time, there is no evidence funds will be coming back to equity from ANY source at all... it's all been on hope (I've been there... done that)... which is fine, but after all these years... there is not one shred of verifiable and irrefutlattable evidence that monies are coming back... ever.

Some keep wondering why LODAS keeps pointing to the filings... I agree with him... show me the money... show me the filings that irrefutably support a future payment to equity... even a Lincoln penny.

Enough with "next month"... "soon"... "any day now"... LOL... STOP THE MADNESS.

And if any monies somehow come from FDIC-R or LIBOR... great... I am not holding my breath... again... WHERE IS THE IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE THAT MONIES ARE COMING BACK... FROM ANY SOURCE... AT ALL?
