This case, the way it's going, will not be resolved in 2024.


Assuming a new complaint is submitted this week (if not, case is over). then there is time for a new MTD. Then some replies. Then the Court will rule on that. Well into summer.

After that would be discovery. That is a very long process. Maybe Fall of 2025 that completes if all goes smoothly. Then comes the motions for summary judgement.

I find it stunning that one of the board lawyers (Hoiffman) was yapping over a year ago as how this would go quickly as Fed courts operate on a strict calendar.
