Good post! This is scary. We are going to pay big time for rolling over the debt in the past to the short end of the maturity spectrum since it was near 0%.
20% in one year coming due!! Thats incredible being the bond maturity spectrum goes out 30+ years.
Need to watch the 10yr + bond auctions. I think a 30yr is coming up today @1
There was a 10yr yesterday and it priced at 98.65 @4% this means govt had to pay more (int) than it wanted to sell all the bonds.
