I have not figured out what is going on. Earlier in the year, Wave sold some shares at a low price and upon investigation found that it was really a test of market liquidity. The recent sales were less than they could have been (not insignificant) and perhaps another test of market liquidity or perhaps to get some quick working capital for some project/activity. I do think that Wave would prefer not to sell its full stake now and instead seek other sources of capital. I think Wave views the ultimate potential higher than current levels and as noted before their ownership postion places them as a swing vote between Winkler and Shah.
