The SEC is at fault here for many mistakes. First they did not overturn the judges decision when they had the chance. Not even a fine was issued. They had a chance to revoke and screwed up. Then they took 2 years for a final decision when normally it take about six months. That was another screw up. Then they drop all cases on 42 companies for an internal breach as information was shared with another agency and third parties. That was another screw up. Does anyone know what information was breached? This shows you the pattern of a very poor government agency. Cannot even handle a small company like DBMM. A win is a win no matter how you get it especially in OTC Land. The horse race analogy is very poor. Secretariat lost a race because of a toothache, just enough to make him finish third. In retirement, he fathered 600 folds. He was very busy.
