I have no idea what is going on. But just as you were/are speculating about why $ENZC went with SAGA instead of with other partners (if any) who might've been lined up, so am I speculating about your comment, for I believe there very well possibly may've been additional offers but ENZC Mgmt deemed them inadvisable or too greedy to be accepted.

SO what has really gone on behind the scenes, or what still is for that matter, is an enigma for all of us Commons. It's best we just wait & see how it all shakes out.

But in the meantime, we all could be writing hard-copy letters (by Certified Mail, Signature/Return Receipt Requested or US Priority/Express Mail) and/or emailing the Officers of $ENZC, to ask questions & inquire about what's happening, and express our thoughts. After all, we Investors (some for almost 4 Yrs now, like myself) have put up our good money to stand behind the Company, and I believe at the very least, especially with the recent debacle of SAGA, that we are now owed some answers in return.
