No, actually, I don't think you do. Otherwise, you wouldn't be pounding the table on a crap ticker like USEI that's on the Expert Market and defending the guy who got it placed there.

But now that your "investment" is zero, I guess you have no other choice, do you?

Well, other than admitting your mistake and quietly wait to see if anything develops. But if Tony has abandoned the ticker, it's going to be a long wait.
