Weak management has never had any foresight. They wing everything they do and they make crappy decision after crappy decision. They are completely incompetent and cannot follow through on ANYTHING they claim and are the worst management team ever. They have taken what could be a super successful company and turn it into an absolute sht show.

They are arrogant and do not know what the hell they are doing. They have no business plan and it’s clearly evident they are the wrong people to have in charge of this company. Intelligent business is hiring people to fill roles they are suited for. Ben and Roger are not in positions they are educated for or remotely decent at, and they are destroying and wasting opportunity year after year by their own stubborn ignorance. If Ben or Roger has a business degree, it must have come from a mail in cereal box top.

They are holding back growth by not hiring competent leadership. They are complete doinks! Nothing ever changes here like a dog chasing its tail. 1 step forward 4 steps backward.
