Good article. But I fail to see where it has much to do with DBMM.

Alpine has had nothing to do with DBMM for years.

In any case? In my opinion, this will only slow down Alpines sentencing. Should Alpine prevail, the people in the NSCC that make life and death decisions on a company's future will be appointed by the President (very much like ALJ's are).

Once that is taken care of, then FINRA will pronounce judgement. The question is? Will it matter to DBMM? Some here postulated that Alpine is hiding many of the "naked shares" that supposedly exist. If Alpine cannot successfully fight FINRA and is taken off the board, everyone will see if that is true.

I don't think that DBMM will be affected in the slightest. We're definitely going to know.
