No, not saying a new leuko is done for each dose. In the UCLA process the partially mature DCs are frozen then thawed as needed a day before the dose to be activated via the lysate. That becomes a batch.

So let me get this straight:

The current UCLA process is the partially mature DCs are frozen then thawed as needed a day before the dose to be activated via the lysate.
Vs
The clinical process is the partially mature DCs are activated and frozen till needed.

Not much of a change in my book.
