Good reading here. The difference between Coretec merging with 3DIcon and this merger is Coretec had stock AND 3DIcon had stock. The two companies had to consolidate their outstanding stock and both had no revenue generating assets. Core Optics has no stock to dilute the existing pool and they bring assets and an increasing revenue stream to the party. If there is a reverse split in the next 365 days I'll eat my hat no salt no pepper and a glass of milk.
