Quiet period comes during negotiations with a partner. It will be necessary to have production, advertising, sales and European delivery plans at a proficient stage prior to 2-73's EMA approval. I have read where biotechs have been behind demand of their newly approved products and it has been detrimental especially in a very anticipatory and competitive market.
