BTC reminds me of a classic movie scene where their is fear in what lies ahead and they are all arguing who's going in first. That's how it feels right now trying to break this old high and create support above it. No one wants to be the guinea pig to buy it above the old high right now. But they also don't want to run away because they are mesmerized with fear.
