I do not understand where everyone gets the impression that a R/S is warrented or even likely. It is more likely they will do a standard split after commercialization. Why am I so sure? Core Optics has an established revenue stream and working partnerships. The ONLY reason for a R/S is to suck in shares, artificially inflate the price and/or keep the stock from being delisted. a R/S causes a company to look weak financially and causes a mass sell off with the opposite efferct. CRTG is more favorable now than before and the stock is already a penny stock how is it going to be delisted? Bottom line- If you are part of Core Optics and as part of your compensation you received x amount of stock and then that stock was slashed how would you feel? Unless someone can show me an example of a company doing an R/S after a merger then no one can convince me it is anyone's interest especially the newly merged team.
