Let me see, for a quick summary:

. Randomized trial that failed the predefined endpoints.
. Endpoints changed after knowing results of an IA.
. ECA selected with no patient level data
. Very significant selection issues favoring NWBO (extent of resection and rapid progression)
. CMC issues with process changes
